Job Description: Project Manager Business & Technical Sales Support

Location: (Arlington, Virginia) (Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK)

Position Overview

The Project Manager Business & Technical Sales Support is a key role that bridges business strategy with technical execution. In this role, you will analyze data across various domains—business intelligence, technical performance, financial forecasting, market trends, and social media—to empower our sales teams and support strategic decision-making.

  • Business Intelligence Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights.
    • Develop comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Technical Analysis and Reporting:
    • Evaluate technical performance metrics and support product and engineering teams with analytical insights.
    • Produce detailed technical reports to bolster product knowledge and enhance sales initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting:
    • Develop financial models to forecast sales and revenue growth.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends that inform budgeting and investment strategies.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Provide recommendations to enhance market positioning and secure competitive advantage.
  • Social Media Analysis:
    • Analyze social media data to gauge audience engagement and sentiment.
    • Translate insights into strategic recommendations for bolstering brand presence.

Requirements

  • Educational Background:
    • College Diploma in Technical or Business Studies.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret complex data.
    • Excellent English writing skills for clear and concise reporting and communication.
    • A self-initiator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
    • Ability and willingness to travel internationally, including to the US, UK, and other key markets.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Programming Expertise:
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Go.
  • Cyber Security Exposure:

    • Familiarity with industrial control systems is a plus.
  • Multilingual Proficiency:
    • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French, Danish, or Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Adobe Cloud Applications:
