  • 2+ Years of experience as software developer.
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment.

Embedded Engineer


As we continue to grow and develop our hardware product. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a proven track record of embedded software development.

Qualifications / Experience

  • BSc in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with C/C++ within an embedded environment.
  • Experience with Yocto Linux.
  • Experience with RTOS.
  • Extensive knowledge about protocols such as RS232/RS485, SPI, I2C, Parallel and other Serial protocols.
  • Ability to self-direct and work with other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
  • Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications.
  • Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including printed documents, website content, and social media accounts.
  • Creation of additional communications materials, including press releases, blogs, use cases, white papers, e-newsletters, presentations and video.
  • Maintaining and updating the company website using WordPress.
  • Planning, creating and monitoring performance of paid media campaigns.
  • Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics.
  • Understanding the products and customer profiles and writing thorough specifications for each.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and brainstorming potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products or services.
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to presentation and promotion.
  • Working with the business development team to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
  • Evaluating and reviewing marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to ensure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
  • Working closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.
  • Experience working in a marketing, communications or PR role.
  • Experience utilising creative and effective SEO techniques and activities, to improve digital and business performance.
  • Experience of planning and implementing effective social and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to gather, analyse and interpret data and to spot trends.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to schedule diverse activities and to manage shifting priorities.
